Frequently Asked Questions

I've never invested in real estate. Can I still come?

Absolutely! That's exactly who RMWI is for. Many members attended their first meetup with zero experience. Come curious; you'll leave with knowledge and new friends.

How much does it cost?

Meetups are free to attend (just RSVP on Meetup). Buy a drink at the venue if you like, and that's it.

Where and when do you meet?

We meet monthly at Odell Brewing Five Points Brewhouse, 2945 Larimer St, Denver, CO 80205, usually 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Check the events calendar for the next date.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself! Business cards are handy if you have them. Some members bring notebooks, since our speakers pack a lot in.

Can I speak at or sponsor an event?

Yes! We're always looking for knowledgeable speakers and community-minded sponsors. Reach out through the contact page.

Is RMWI only for women?

Our events center women learning to invest, and our community is built around that mission. If you're supportive of it, you're welcome to reach out and ask about a specific event.
