About RMWI
We believe that every woman deserves the opportunity to create generational wealth with real estate investing.
how it started
From a Small Circle to a Movement
Rocky Mountain Women Invest started with the goal of connecting like-minded women who wanted to learn about real estate without ego. What began as monthly small-group meetings has evolved into a dynamic community packed with hundreds of industry and non-industry women eager to learn about the real estate world.
Today, more than 1,800+ women are part of the RMWI community. Every month we gather in Denver's RiNo district for expert-led education, honest conversation, and the kind of networking that actually feels good.
Through our events, speakers, and workshops we provide educational content, networking, and inspiration to support women in their real estate goals. Our mission is to uplift, connect, and educate all women on their journey toward financial freedom. Join us.

Who Makes It Happen

Ann Dietrich
Event Coordinator
Ann is an aerospace engineer by day and landlord, Airbnb host, and DIY renovator by night. She got into real estate through house hacking and quickly fell in love with both the hospitality side of hosting and the satisfaction of turning a space into something better. After tackling a full bathroom remodel and basement kitchenette herself, she's definitely not afraid of a drywall knife. π Ann still considers herself newer to the investing world and is excited to keep learning, add more rentals, tackle tiny-space renovations, and eventually build a business of her own.

Nikki Thompson
Emcee
Nikki is a Colorado native, real estate agent, investor, and professional talker... which makes the Emcee role a pretty natural fit. π With a background in journalism and communications (and some time spent on camera), she loves asking questions, connecting people, and making real estate feel a little less intimidating. Nikki and her partner, Jon, invest in real estate throughout Colorado, and she's especially passionate about helping more women feel confident building wealth through real estate. Outside of work, you'll probably find her playing soccer, reading a fantasy book, or hanging with her dogs. π

Jessica Khani
Speaker Coordinator
Jess is a mortgage broker, real estate investor, and mom who loves helping women use real estate to build wealth and create more options for their families. She started investing while working in healthcare, purchasing three properties (including two co-living house hacks) and quickly fell in love with the possibilities real estate could create. Today, she helps investors across the country get creative with financing and grow their portfolios. Originally from St. Louis, Jess is happiest outside, with her family, or helping another woman realize a deal might actually be possible. π«ΆπΌ

Katie Wray
Community Liaison
Katie is a Colorado real estate investor and agent with a background in financial advising, tax strategy, and startup underwriting. She got her start in real estate by house hacking and now owns a short-term rental in Arvada - with a mountain-town flip currently keeping things interesting. π Katie and her husband, Sam, are also living the van-life adventure with their two dogs, Fletcher and Travy. When she's not talking real estate or figuring out her next project, you'll find her outside (hiking, running, rafting), reading, baking, or trying a new restaurant.
